We are welcomed into the Catholic community through the Sacrament of Baptism.

Baptisms are normally held during the Sunday (9.30 am) or Saturday evening Mass (6.00 pm).  Otherwise it can be after the 9.30 am Mass or late Saturday afternoon.

The point of contact is the Parish Priest, Fr Arulraj, who will arrange to meet you at Mass or some other time.  You can contact Fr Arulraj on the Parish Office phone number 9523 6097. A communal preparation for parents (and Godparents if possible) is held on a monthly basis in the Parish House.

For older children seeking Baptism a special program is held in the first term each year.  Parents are involved and the children do their preparation at Sunday Mass during the season of Lent, leading up to the Baptisms at Easter.

A special program has also been designed for High School children and adults preparing for Baptism through the R.C.I.A
